The rental also has a hectare of fenced garden space with a private swimming pool. Inside is nicely furnished and bright, thanks to the large windows found in the living area.
The great location of this rental within the Val di Chiana area allows guests to easily reach places and cities such as Cortona, the Val d’Orcia, Arezzo, Siena and Florence.

apprezzatissimo il giardino dai mei due amstaff che vivono in appartamento a milano... non li abbiamo mai visti correre e giocare così tanto!
ma soprattutto e non da ultimo la cordialità e la disponibilità dimostrata dai proprietari.

Schönes, renoviertes Haus auf einem umzäunten Grundstück. Sehr ruhige Lage ohne direkte Nachbarschaft. Der grosse Pool wird täglich morgens gereinigt. Gute Beschattung beim grossen Sitzplatz. Küche gut ausgestattet. Klimaanlage kann bei Bedarf eingeschaltet werden. Alle Fenster sind mit guten Fliegengittern ausgestattet. Pool-Badetücher vorhanden. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Eigentümer . In der Nähe ein kleiner Laden, ein grösserer Laden befindet sich etwa 12 km entfernt in Cortona.
