Villa degli anni ‘90 che conserva un grande fascino, arredata con grande gusto ed eleganza. Migliorabile la manutenzione della piscina, in modo particolare il rivestimento interno che si presenta ammalorato. Giardino ben tenuto così come l’interno della casa, curato in tutto (forse un po’ troppe lampadine fulminate). Posizione strategica a pochi minuti di passeggiata dal mare e da supermercato/panificio. Le persone di riferimento sul posto, Beatrice e Simona, sono estremamente cordiali e disponibili così come tutto lo staff di Posarelli, eccellenti professionisti.

1 week gehuurd. Heel goed ontvangst door de hostess Beatrice. Ook snelle reactie bij vragen.
Heerlijke week gehad. Huis mooi maar er moeten wel wat dingen worden gedaan om te zorgen voor de luxe uitstraling. Keuken klein maar compleet.
Prima slaapkamers met airco.
Ligging: vlak bij strand.
Tuin : heel goed onderhouden met een heerlijk zwembad.
