During the rental period, part of the villa will be closed and not rented out.

Wir waren als Familie Mitte Juni in der Villa Mami. Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel in Vinacciano und man hat eine großartige Aussicht auf Pistoia und Umgebung. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt mit einem sehr schönen Pool und einem großen Essplatz mit Holzgrill im Außenbereich, der mit einer Pergola überdacht ist. Es gibt auch einen Garten mit Obst und Gemüse, von dem man sich bedienen darf. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir fanden sogar eigenes Olivenöl vor. Das Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist gemütlich mit bequemen Sofas ausgestattet, im ersten Stock sind die Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder mit Duschen. Trotz der Hitzewelle konnten wir nachts mit offenem Fenster gut schlafen und brauchten die Klimaanlage nicht. Die Schlafzimmer hatten alle Fliegengitter. Wir empfehlen diesen Ort für Menschen, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit in der Natur lieben. Ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich, da man für Einkäufe nach Pistoia fahren muss. Der Weg von Pistoia zum Haus ist kurvenreich und schmal. Die Inhaberin Maria Rita ist sehr nett und hat uns mit einem Korb mit Obst und Gemüse überrascht. Man merkt, dass ihr das Haus am Herzen liegt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub, wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

We had an excellent time in Villa Mami. Maria's home still feels like a home and not an anonymous rental. Pistoia is also a really lively town with some great restaurants hidden away in the pedestrianised zone.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, da traumhafte Lage, ruhig und privat. Einrichtung zeigt die Handzeichen der Inhaberin und typisch Toskanisch. Absolut idyllischer und einzigartiger Blick vom Berg ins Tal und den Nachthimmel. Sehr toller Poolbereich zum abschalten. Es gab ein Garten an dem man sich selbst bedienen und den italienischen Lebensstil leben konnte. Die Anreise war ein wenig abenteuerlich, da falsche Zufahrtsstraße benutzt wurde. Durch die ländlichere Lage gab es an einem Abend ein Stromausfall (da die Kapazität recht begrenzt ist. Gleichzeitig Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und Klima war Zuviel für die Leitung) an einem anderen Abend ist das Wasser ausgefallen. Die Hauptsicherung konnte selbst angeschaltet werden. Das Wasser wurde schnell Repariert, da der Kontakt der Villa schnell reagiert hat. Alles in einem wieder eine Reise wert, da man die „kleinen Macken“ kennt und sich schnell eingestellt hat.

Absolutely beautiful villa. Beatrice was incredibly helpful with local recommendations & answering our questions. We had a bit of an issue with the alarm but Beatrice was straight onto finding a solution. We did have the owner on the property without warning but it didn’t bother us as she was just harvesting vegetables from their amazing garden. Even left us a basket full for us to use. Gardener was there most days but again we weren’t too bothered by this. We loved cooking on the BBQ outside at night. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment. Very lovely stay! Only wish we had been there longer

A wonderful place to be switch off. The garden is beautyful landscaped and very well maintained. We could eat the fruits and vegetables that were just ripe. The Panoramen viel of the volleyball is breathtakin. The Villa also has its own Charme. Bea helpdesk us immediately with small problems or questions and gave us a lot of tips around the area. We would book the stay again
