Presidio is an ancient Spanish tower dating back to the sixteenth century, created to defend against Saracen raids, located in a magnificent position at the end of the Gulf of Talamone, in the southern part of the Tuscan coast.
Thanks to a careful restoration aimed at keeping the original structure unaltered, the tower has been transformed into a beautiful independent villa furnished with great taste and with antique pieces of furniture. Thanks to its 6 bedrooms and its large common areas, the structure can sleep up to 12 people.
Presidio offers its guests a fantastic swimming pool where they can spend relaxing moments with friends or family, a beautiful fireplace to make the environment warmer and more welcoming, a large garden to welcome their guests, equipped with a barbecue area that will make your stay in the warm seasons unique.
The tower is located a few meters away from the sea and has access to a few hundred meters of coast (cliff). The property is located in a position of absolute tranquility and enjoys a spectacular panoramic view from the Argentario to Talamone. The territory of Tuscany and specifically the area where Presidio is located offers all the natural, historical and typical food and wine characteristics that you can enjoy during your stay.

1st floor: large and bright living-room with fireplace providing air-conditioning, dining area with wonderful views over the coastline and access to a beautiful furnished terrace. This area of the villa provides air-conditioning.
In the tower (placed on 2 levels and accessible via a small staircase):
1st floor: double bedroom with fireplace and access, via a wooden staircase, to a room with a small bathroom with shower, wardrobe and access to a small terrace.
