The villa rental is independent, furnished in a traditional rustic Tuscan style and is provided with a private garden and private swimming pool. Access to the property is via 300m of unpaved road in good conditions. Next to the villa, a landing path for ultralight aircrafts is available on request and at disposal of the guests in case they wish to live the unusual experience of a flight over the surrounding countryside.

We just had our family reunion last week at Catia’s beautiful villa. We are a big group with 3 toddlers. This place is serene, you will definitely love the tranquility of nature. Typical Tuscan villa in a very beautiful Tuscan village. Everything is perfect in terms of nature, facilities and the house. Nearby necessities are also few minutes drive. The location is in the middle and perfect for touring the main big cities and small villages in Tuscany region. One thing that set this place apart is the nice personality of Catia, not difficult to ask for special requests and very understanding with unforeseen events that can happen. She speaks and understands English as well. If there’s one thing I should recommend Catia, is to put a heater at her swimming pool. This month is not that warm yet and the weather is not that perfect to keep the waters in the pool in the right temperature for swimming. Further, it’s all worth your money to stay here. Highly recommended! We will surely be back. Thank you Catia and to your mom as well.

Sehr nette Vermieterin. Schönes Haus mit Grundstück und Pool. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern vor Ort und haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Das Haus wird so gut wie möglich in seiner Art und Weise erhalten. Geschäfte, Restaurants, ist in 5-10 min per Auto erreichbar.
