Een prachtig huis op een prachtige plek. Spectaculair uitzicht op Assisi en de bergen. De verhuurder is gemakkelijk te bereiken en komt beloftes na. De inrichting is wat gedateerd , dat is het enige minpuntje.

Abbiamo trascorso 4gg alla Villa. Il giardino e la piscina sono molto curati, la casa è strutturalmente splendida! La vista su Assisi meravigliosa. Visti gli arredi molto sontuosi e pieni di tappezzerie, la casa risulta polverosa. I costi delle pulizie sono giusti per la dimensione della villa ma secondo me andrebbero messi più in vista ed in evidenza nell’annuncio perché comunque 290€ cambiano il costo del soggiorno. I padroni di casa sono stati molto disponibili e gentili. Sicuramente torneremo.

The house was very nice. But interior a bit dated.
Also not all lights were working, particular the garden lights. Also no linnen change for toe weeks.
Nobody came to check everything was alright.
The service in the nearby hotel (which we could use foc) was not good. Restaurant was closed and beauty Center and swimming pool was not very good.
No credit card details weer taken upon arrival.

I would like to have given a 5 star review but this isn't possible due to issues which could be improved on. The owners staff were helpful but promises to clean the pool weren't kept. The villa is in a perfect location for visiting all the Umbrian hill towns as well as being near to food shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The provision of a kettle and some mugs for English tea drinkers would be useful. As the house is quite dark, a few replacement light bulbs would be of benefit especially if you are staying out of season as we were. If we were visiting this area again I would be happy to return to this villa providing the suggestions above are implemented.

Luogo fantastico immerso in una campagna florida, ordinata e pulita ai piedi di Assisi, nel contesto di un’area ricca di storia, arte, bellezza e spiritualità, e comunque a due passi dal carino centro della frazione Tordandrea. Villa in stile e spaziosa sia dentro che fuori tra porticato e giardino. Unico neo: non dispone di un vero e proprio impianto di condizionamento, risolvibile solo aprendo le finestre nelle fresche sere delle calde giornate (c’è anche l’impianto d’allarme esterno oltre a quello interno), o agognando il prossimo tuffo in piscina.

Villa con bellissimo panorama sulla collina di Assisi, immersa nel silenzio e nell'aria pura. Arredata con gusto, camere comode, pulite e spaziose. Ben attrezzata la cucina e ottima l'accoglienza. Da riprovare assolutamente.

The villa was very clean and large enough for our 2 families (8 pax). Huge garden and beautiful pool. Scenery is very beautiful and peaceful. I recommend staying here.

Absolutely outstanding villa with a convenient distance from each point in Umbria and from Rome and Sienna. Warm hospitality, the villa can accomodate couples and families with all the modern possible facilities, including WI-FI and super panoramic garden with magnificent view on Assisi.

The house is a wonderful place to enjoy cooking and enjoy the stunning views of Assisi. The house was clean and all the amenities worked. The villa was an easy drive from many of the surrounding towns so a perfect home base to explore Umbria. The staff was very helpful at check-in and provided many tips on the area. We would definitely stay here again!
