Villa Stratianna is a splendid villa rental with a private pool in Metochi, a small hamlet on the island of Crete.
The 2-level villa offers 4 bedrooms to accommodate up to 7 people: it’s perfect for families and groups of friends. The modern villa rental is simply furnished, and offers bright, spacious interiors and large windows.
At the back of the house there is the private pool with enchanting panoramic views of the town and coast.
The dining area near the pool, and the large terrace on the first floor are perfect for al fresco meals.

Ground floor: entrance and large open living area with kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, kettle, toaster, American coffee machine) and living room (TV) with dining area, bathroom with shower, double bedroom, bedroom with a single bed. The living room and double bedroom have access to the pool area. The single bedroom has access to a small balcony at the front of the house.
First floor: bedroom with 2 single beds and access to a large balcony, bathroom with bathtub and shower (washing machine), double bedroom with access to a private balcony (pool view and see view)
There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room on the ground floor.

Logement agréable avec vue sur la mer. Piscine rafraîchissante (eau non chauffée). Quelques petites surprises en arrivant (tringle de rideau de douche cassé et lattes de lit cassée) mais rien qui puisse gâché notre séjour dans cette maison.

Super Haus mit tollen Meerblick.
Alles sehr sauber, der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht falls was kaputt gegangen ist oder ähnliches, alles schnellst möglich zu beheben.
Gute Lage, mit auto ist alles schnell zu erreichen.
Einzig wäre es schön wenn man mehr Besteck und Geschirr hätte um nicht jeden Tag den Geschirrspüler anmachen zu müssen.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. The house was well equipped, had plenty of space and was beautifully furnished.
The best thing was the beautiful pool with the excellent sea view. Our landlords were very helpful, friendly and at the same time reserved. All in all a wonderful vacation in a beautiful area of Crete.

Great 5 days! Very easy to check in and really friendly host. Villa is ideal for relaxing and only 10 minute walk to the town with great restaurants and 15 minutes walk to the beach. Would recommend and stay again. 10/10

We had the best holiday ever in this lovely house. There were 5 of us on the holiday age 13-72 and everyone was satisfied. Helén and her husband were really lovely people. Always ready to help and the cleaning was first class. The accommodation is peaceful and the place is perfect if you have a car like we do. There was a small problem with the address the night we arrived. When copying the address via Airbnb into Google maps, it gave three places in Crete. Fortunately, it was found and everything ended happily. If you want peace, clean, good air conditioning, a clean pool and safe accommodation from your vacation, this is it. We will definitely come again. All the best

Kurz beschrieben, ein Traum.
Im Vorfeld gab es einen sehr netten Kontakt via E-Mail, unsere späte Anreise stellte gar kein Problem dar. Einen Anruf kurz nach der Landung, alles perfekt.
Die Villa liegt wenige Kilometer von Chania in den Westen, gut zu erreichen. Im Ort gibt es einen Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei, eigentlich alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Das Haus ist von einer Mauer umgeben, das Auto parkt im Innenhof. Insgesamt ein tolles Ambiente. Im inneren der Villa fehlt es an nichts. es gibt vier Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und eine Küche mit Esstisch. Also Platz ist genügend vorhanden. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, Geschirr, Geräte, alles tiptop. Das TV ist so programmiert, dass es auch viele deutschsprachige Sender gab, dazu Netflix und Amzon Video. Was will man mehr. Am Haus gibt es eine riesige Terasse mit Pool, alles sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Zusätzlich kann haben alle Schlafzimmer die Möglichkeit auf einen Balkon zu gehen. Von der Terasse sieht man auf das Meer, perfekt.
In der Umgebung kann man mit wenigen Fahrten schöne Ausflüge machen.
Abschließend noch ein paar Worte zu den Vermietern. Sehr, sehr nett.
Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich, wenn wir irgendetwas gebraucht haben, waren sie zu Stelle ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wäsche wurde regelmäßig gewechselt bzw. wir haben uns diese nur geben lassen und selbst gewechselt. Besser und netter konnten wir uns das nicht wünschen.
Fazit: Eine tolle Zeit in einem tolen Haus mit sehr angenehmen Menschen. Gerne wieder.

La maison est magnifique, bien équipée et très propre. La literie est très confortable. Sans voiture la maison reste accessible il y a un arrêt de bus à 10 minutes à pied.
Les propriétaires sont très présents mais moyennement agréable, du genre à sonner à la porte pour nous dire de fermer une fenêtre ou aller vérifier la fosse septique pour voir si nous avions jeter du papier dans les toilettes. Sans compter le check-out où chaque recoin de la maison a été passé au peigne fin. Cela n'enlève rien à la beauté de la maison mais on ne si sent pas tout à fait à l'aise.
