Villa Myrtia is in a complex of 3 villas (each with private garden and pool) called Athina Villas, located just 5 km from the sea on Xamoudochori hill.
Villa Myrtia offers a comfortable atmosphere with panoramic views, and 2 bedrooms to accommodate up to 7 people. Each of the villa’s two levels has access to spacious verandas, ideal for enjoying breakfast and admiring the landscape and sea views.
From the villa’s strategic location it is easy to reach beautiful beaches and charming Chania by car.

Prachtige locatie, huis is in principe top. Wel een paar kleine opmerkingen die voor verbetering zijn: douche is er vaak geen warm water meer. Het zou op zich makkelijker zijn als er een beetje beschrijving is van bijvoorbeeld de wifi code, waar je vuilnis kan weggooien en wat makkelijke info over in de buurt. Verder erg tevreden!

Très belle villa sur les hauteurs, l'intérieur est très confortable et agréable et l'extérieur avec la très belle piscine et la vue sur la mer également. Elle est bien située pour sillonner la région en voiture (La Canée, Balos, Elafonissi, etc.) La villa est équipée du nécessaire, bien qu'à mon sens, il manque les produits de base (huile d'olive, sel, poivre, gel douche, shampooing, etc.) Malheureusement nous avions énormément de moustiques quand nous y étions. A savoir que vous devez payer en plus la taxe environnementale une fois sur place (c'est également inscrit dans le règlement intérieur de l'annonce)

The stay at this villas was very good, the pool was very nice, we did notice the beds were quite hard. i would suggest its time to replace those matrasses ;) a car is needed for this stay. its generally a 10 to 5 minute drive to the supermarket or small town and 25 minute drive to Chania. we went with 7 persons and we had a great time.
going to the big beaches is generally an hour drive thru small roads. be also prepared to walking clifs on balos beach (30 minutes) and 30 minutes driving on the dirt roads ;)

We had a wonderful time at the villa Myrtia. The villa is situated in a very quiet area in the hills. It has spectacular views. From the terrace and garden/pool you overlook the valley and the sea.
When you are looking for more activity, the lively Agia Marina is just 10 to 15 car-minutes away, and the town of Chania, which has a beautiful harbor just 30 to 35 minutes.
The villa itself has a very nice and ‘warm’ interior. The pool is fabulous. The air conditioning is powerful and available in every room. The kitchen is small but sufficient.
The owner is very friendly and responds quickly. Also the other personnel for housekeeping and the pool is very friendly.
We would definitely recommend this villa to others or rent it again ourselves when visiting the Chania area.

Bon séjour. Villa tres sympathique pour une famille de 6 personnes ( pas plus). L’emplacement entre mer et montagne est top ( Voiture nécessaire). Équipement juste ce qu’il faut (pas plus pas moins). 2 points négatifs: la communication avec l’agence qui gère le séjour ( très peu réactif) Les guêpes et abeilles sur le bord de la piscine. Gérable entre adultes mais attention avec les enfants

Très belle maison spacieuse avec piscine privée au calme, bien située à proximité de la canee avec une belle vue dégagée sur la montagne et la mer. Propriétaire disponible et à l’écoute. Le seul bémol les abeilles et guêpes aux abords de la piscine. Un conseil voiture fortement recommandée.
