Villa Armonia is a beautiful, 170 m² luxury rental located in one of the most sought-after areas of Corfu Island. Extensively updated in March 2024, the villa perfectly balances high-end modern comfort with authentic Mediterranean character. Featuring stunning flagstone flooring, a traditional interior stone staircase, and gorgeous exposed white-wood vaulted ceilings, the home offers bright, welcoming interiors. • Private Swimming Pool: A spacious 9 x 5-meter pool with easy step-in access, surrounded by a stone sunbathing deck equipped with loungers.
• Covered Dining Veranda: A shaded outdoor dining area featuring a wooden dining table and built-in stone bench seating, perfect for enjoying meals poolside.
• Barbecue Facilities: A dedicated outdoor barbecue setup for grilling under the stars.
• Large Scenic Terrace: The first floor boasts a massive, elevated sun terrace furnished with a modern lounge set and umbrella, offering wonderful views over the surrounding green hills and olive groves.

The expansive 170 m² interior is fully air-conditioned and thoughtfully divided for maximum comfort:
• Ground Floor: A large, character-filled living room featuring a comfortable seating area, flat-screen TV, and an indoor dining space. Exploring further through an elegant archway reveals a distinct, fully equipped farmhouse-style kitchen with green cabinetry and modern appliances (cooktop, oven, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker). This level includes a general bathroom (with a bathtub and washing machine), one double bedroom with a private en-suite shower, and a second bedroom (double bed convertible to two singles upon request) with its own private en-suite shower.
• First Floor: A spacious, airy bedroom featuring three single beds, white vaulted ceilings, its own private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and exclusive access to the large scenic terrace.

Villa Armonia is located just a few meters away from two sister properties, Villa Dimitris and Votana House. For family reunions or large groups, all three villas can be rented together. If rented separately, absolute privacy is guaranteed, as each villa features its own independent entrance, garden, and private pool.

Just wonderful! Beautiful inside and out. The pool is a perfect size, the area around the pool is perfect and the outside dining is fab.
Eleni the owner was outstanding… nothing was too much trouble.
The upstairs outside area was outstanding and a perfect place to sit of and evening.
There are 2 lovely restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The nearby beaches are just what we needed. They are stony but that’s what we like.
There are rocks to jump off for those that wish.

I could write a really long review as there is so much to say about Villa Armonia and Eleni. I'll keep it brief and easy
The pool was incredible. Immaculate and clean at all times and the water felt so fresh
The outside space was better than we could have wished for. Loads of room and the eating and BBQ area were perfect, even had a small sink on the side.
The local cat is beautiful. So friendly and so clean. Didn't bother us at all
Inside was huge. We had 6 adults and we all had our own bathroom with a spare in case we needed it. Never felt on top of each other. The top terrace was gorgeous for an evening drink.
Kitchen had absolutely everything we needed
The location was perfect. 10 minute very easy walk to Avlaki Beach. 2 tavernas and boat hire. 5 minute walk to another smaller pretty beach with incredible snorkelling and plenty of natural shade. 20 minute walk into Kassiopi either along the beach or the main road. Plenty of taxi's back at around 8-10 Euros
Our host, Eleni, was incredible. So welcoming and checked to make sure everything was OK but very respectful of our privacy
We had lazy mornings around the pool, fun afternoons at the beach and perfect evening either BBQ at the villa or out for dinner.

A lovely spacious, luxury villa about 10 minutes walk from a beach and restaurant. Very clean and well maintained inside and out. Nicely set back from the road with just two other villas. Very secluded garden and amazing pool. Quiet. About twenty minutes walk from Kassiopi with its good selection of shops and restaurants. Eleni was hugely helpful and an excellent housekeeper for the property. We saw her several times, but she was in no way intrusive.

Our stay at this villa in Corfu was amazing. The villa is in a beautiful, peaceful location, just a short walk from the beach. The private pool was great for relaxing, and the whole place had a chill vibe. The owner was super friendly and always ready to help with advice or anything we needed. We felt really welcome from the moment we arrived. It was a vacation full of comfort, stunning nature, and true hospitality – a place we'd totally recommend to others!

We all had a fantastic time (4 adults and 3 kids) at Villa Armonia. The Villa was spotless, excellent large swimming pool, very large outside area with grapes, pears, pomegranates and peaches. Plenty of shade to sit under when the sun is too hot. We spent most of the time outside making the most of the beautiful weather. Five minutes walk to Avlaki Beach, loungers and parasols at beach, excellent Taverna at beach. Several restaurants within walking distance from the Villa. Twenty minute walk to Kassiopi - beautiful fishing village with lots of bars and restaurants. We did not have a car and managed to get around without one. Highly recommend Villa Armonia and will definitely be back!
