Villa Silvia is an exclusive villa rental with a private pool in the hills of Tuscany, with panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside and the town of Peccioli, in the province of Pisa.
The villa has been skillfully renovated and transformed into a modern country house equipped with all amenities, while keeping the original architectural features in tact. The welcoming interiors are elegantly and tastefully furnished.
Villa Silvia has two floors, 5 bedrooms, and large indoor and outdoor spaces to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.
Villa Silvia is nestled among trees and plants in a well-tended garden. Here you can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding hills and the town of Peccioli, which was elected “The Town of Italian towns” in 2024.
A beautiful sunbathing area in travertine with sun loungers and umbrellas surrounds the infinity pool, which has a whirlpool corner and an chromotherapy waterfall. It is the ideal place to relax and cool off on sunny summer days with friends and family. Guests also have at their disposal a barbecue area equipped for al fresco dining.
Villa Silvia is perfectly located for exploring Tuscany’s treasures: in fact the cities of Volterra, Pisa, San Gimignano, Certaldo, Siena, Florence, Lucca and the Tuscan coast are within easy reach.
In Castelfalfi, golf lovers can enjoy the renowned Castelfalfi Golf Club (27 holes), the largest golf course in Tuscany with more than 9,400 meters of fairway.
