- Secondly, we want to make sure that only personnel authorised by us are involved in the organisation of your wedding. This will help ensure that all suppliers are well prepared and in compliance with our regulations. This is an important step in ensuring the safety and quality of your event.
- Finally, we would like to emphasise the importance of respecting the maximum capacity of the venue. We have carefully calculated the maximum number of guests our facilities can safely and comfortably accommodate. Any exceeding of this capacity could jeopardise the safety and comfort of all guests. If for some reason you wish to exceed this capacity, please contact us in advance to obtain permission and assess the necessary measures.
